I would like to place an order can I do this over the phone?
 
Yes, you may call us on 07469 250278, our office hours are 10.00 – 4.00. Please bear in mind we are a small company therefore may not always be able to take your call or process your order that day.  However, please leave a voice-mail with your details and we will call you back as soon as possible.
 
I have a question regarding a product, my order or delivery, how can I contact you?

Do you offer a gift wrapped service?
 
Yes, please request this when ordering your products and we will be happy to do so, at no extra cost.  Our delivery note does not include prices, so don’t worry about sending directly to the lucky recipient.
 
I live locally to you, can I collect my order?
 
Yes, we are able to offer a collection service.  Please enquire with us before ordering and we will give you a code for free delivery.
 
If something is out of stock, are you able to get more in?
 
We will always endeavour to get the item back in stock if we can, however if within the description it states that it is an individual or unique piece unfortunately we will not be able to help, other than offer something of a similar nature.
 
Can I order a hollow fibre cushion pads rather than duck feathers?
 
Yes, please enquire and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Otherwise we would be happy to sell a cushion cover without the filling if this is the case.
